Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage

A grounding and restorative blend of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, designed to release muscular tension and bring the nervous system into calm. Whether you're looking to decompress or address chronic pain, this session meets you where you are. Each session is tailored to your comfort level, focusing on what your body needs most that day.

Injury Assessment & Massage

This session is designed to assess, treat, and support recovery from soft-tissue injuries such as sprains, strains, overuse, and postural imbalances. I’ll identify root causes through postural observation, functional movement testing, and palpation. You’ll receive a mix of targeted massage, assisted stretching, and beginner-level strengthening recommendations to support long-term healing.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is a foundational technique I integrate into most of my massage sessions. These hyperirritable spots are palpable nodules found within taut bands of skeletal muscle fibers. They can cause localized pain and may also refer discomfort to other areas of the body. By applying sustained pressure to these trigger points, the goal is to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and restore normal muscle function. This method is particularly effective in addressing chronic pain, enhancing mobility, and reducing muscle stiffness. While not a standalone service, trigger point therapy is seamlessly woven into my sessions, especially those focused on deep tissue work, injury recovery, or stress relief.

What To Expect:

Firm pressure applied to specific points to release tension.

You may feel the pressure “radiate” to other areas of the body where the tension is stored.

Mild soreness or tenderness in the treated areas is normal and temporary as your muscles.

Reiki is a holistic, non-invasive technique that supports the body’s natural healing processes by promoting balance and relaxation. Studies show that Reiki can reduce stress hormones like cortisol, lower blood pressure, and enhance circulation, which aids the body’s natural ability to heal both physically and emotionally. It’s a powerful tool for those seeking relief from chronic tension, emotional blockages, and mental health concerns.

What To Expect:

Hands placed lightly on or just above your body, with no pressure applied.

You will notice a decrease in muscle tension, heart rate, and overall stress.

Reiki has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety, PTSD, depression, and insomnia, making it a valuable complementary therapy for emotional well-being.

Reiki Energy Healing

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a time-honored technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses suction to lift and decompress soft tissue. By placing specialized cups on the skin and creating a vacuum, this method promotes circulation, reduces muscle tension, and supports the body’s natural healing processes. Unlike compression-based therapies, cupping gently lifts the skin and fascia, allowing for increased blood flow and lymphatic drainage in areas of chronic tightness or stagnation. It’s especially effective for addressing myofascial restrictions, postural imbalances, and lingering muscle pain.

What To Expect:

Cups are applied to your skin and left stationary or moved in a gliding motion, depending on your needs.

You may feel a pulling sensation as the tissue is lifted and circulation increases—many find this deeply relaxing.

Circular discoloration can occur where cups are placed—these are not bruises but signs of stagnation being released and usually fade in a few days.
