hi! i’m autumn!

My work lives at the meeting point of body and spirit, logic and intuition, bone and bloom. With one foot in the clinical world and the other in something a bit more unseen, I blend integrative bodywork with intuitive care, and an ever-growing fascination with how we hold our stories—physically and emotionally. With a background in psychological studies, I’m drawn to the quiet places where thought ends and the body begins—where healing often speaks the loudest.

Under The Magnolia is more than a name—it’s a quiet tribute to the women who shaped me. I was raised in a historic place called Riverside, where the past lingers in the river, bricks and branches. In my grandmother’s backyard stood two ancient magnolia trees—so wide, neither her nor I could ever wrap our arms around them and still touch each other’s hands. They stood through hurricanes and heartache, and I learned early on how to listen to people, to pain, to presence. My grandmother’s strength still moves through me—stubborn and steady, like the magnolia trees that are still standing there today. This practice is my way of keeping her legacy alive: a space for rest, for release, for resilience.

And because healing can also be fun and full of color—this space also offers aura photography, where I capture the energy you carry and explore what your soul might be whispering. It’s woo with a wink, science with soul, and just weird enough to feel like home.

So please, come as you are, cry if you need, vent if you want, laugh if it helps—and leave just a little more you than when you arrived.
